I coach and try to live with balance with Family, Health, Religious belief, friends and job. I believe if you are excessive in one area something will suffer and spills over into other parts of your life. The Blueprint Experience philosophy of our 3 pillars Exercise, Recovery and Nutrition align with my beliefs with living a balanced life.

The hardest part of a workout is showing up. I like to say “I am in charge of your muscle you are in charge of your fat”.
