What I love about the Blueprint Experience is the knowledge of the team, and the seriousness in which they take their members’ health. At my previous large-box gyms, trainers do standard routines for all their clients. The Blueprint team’s personal and group training sessions are done to help you achieve your goals, but they also ensure your move well first. There is a team atmosphere at The Blueprint Experience that I haven’t found at other gyms. After attending one Move class it changed the way I thought about what a gym should be. Nowhere else can you get this blueprint for how our bodies are supposed to move! My job requires tons of sitting at a desk and driving and this gym is changing my life. Without Move class this would not be possible. My body is assuming the correct posture again and I am moving the best I ever have.

Your plan has been laid out, now let’s get to work.
Move well, move more. This class will take each of your joints through their full range of motion and push their limits so you can obtain more mobility. If you have pain anywhere in your body, chances are our Move class should be on your schedule. Here, we’ll crank up the infrared heating panels to decrease your inflammation, get you moving like you’re suppose to and get you feeling better.
This is about your zone and how you can increase your overall work capacity. As our version of a HIIT (high intensity interval training) class, the Zone class is designed around your personal abilities and allows you to compete against friends and classmates, regardless of fitness level.
Learn the basics in this fundamental class – like lifts and exercises you need to get strong and move like a human should. Get a killer workout by following our proven system of incorporating proper Push, Pull, Squat, Hinge, Carry, Spine and Sprint progressions. The Strength class incorporates all the old school and latest equipment we personally endorse and recommend.
